Cameron Diaz – poze topless
Cameron Diaz l-a dat in judecata pentru santaj pe fotograful John Rutter cerand despagubiri in valoare de 3.3 milioane de dolari, dupa ce acesta a incercat sa vanda unor reviste o serie de fotografii topless ale actritei, facute in 1992.
Pozele au fost facute la varsta de 19 ani, intr-un depozit abandonat. “Nu mi-a fost rusine sa apar asa. A fost o sedinta profesionista. Nu a fost ca si cum as fi pozat pe o alee intunecata.”, a declarat actrita in fata Curtii Superioare de Justitie din Los Angeles.
“Am pozat astfel gandindu-ma ca mi-ar placea sa apar in imagini de arta, nu doar in fotografii ca model ce vinde haine… Nu m-am gandit la ele ca fiind pornografice. Nu m-am gandit la ele ca fiind perverse.”
Rutter este acuzat ca a falsificat semnatura starului de la Hollywood pe un contract de modeling, Cameron declarand ca fotograful a avertizat-o ca cei care vor achizitiona pozele, vor pune imaginea ei dezbracata pe autobuze, panouri, chioscuri.
Potrivit BBC, pozele au fost sigilate si incuiate de un judecator acum doi ani, pana cand problema va fi clarificata.
